Marinated Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients
| Cauliflower - 1 head | ||
| Red onions | 2 | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| White-wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Dill weed | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Break cauliflower into florets.
MAKING
2) In a pan boil water and steam cauliflower and onions for about 5 minutes.
3) In a large bowl add oil, vinegar, and lemon juice.
4) Mix parsley, garlic, dill, and thyme.
5) Chill for several hours stirring the vegetables occasionally.
SERVING
6) Serve chilled.
