Marinated Cauliflower Recipe
|Cauliflower head||3 Pound, cored and broken into florets (1 Medium Size)|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Fresh basil leaves||16 , chopped|
|Finely chopped fresh chives||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|

Remove florets from steamer and place in bowl or storage container.
Reserve water (add more if necessary to make 2/3 cup).
Whisk together water, vinegar, sugar, and garlic in smaller saucepan.
Bring to a boil; remove from heat and add basil, chives, salt, and pepper.
Allow liquid to cool before pouring over florets.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Drain before serving.
