Marinated Cauliflower Recipe

Marinated Cauliflower has a simple taste. Marinated Cauliflower can be prepared easily. Marinated Cauliflower must be treid by vegetarians.

Ingredients

 
1 cup plain yogurt
 
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
 
1/4 tsp oregano
 
1/4 tsp garlic, minced
 
1/4 tsp paprika pinch of thyme
 
3 cups cauliflower florets

Directions

In a food processor, blend all ingredients, except cauliflower, to a marinade.
Set aside.
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch cauliflower 1 minute.
Remove from saucepan.
Immerse in a bowl of ice cold water.
Drain well.
Pour marinade over cauliflower.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
