Classic Marinated Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 bag large carrots | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), sliced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Scrape carrots; cut into thick slices.
Boil in water 10 minutes, or until tender, taking care not to overcook.
Drain well; place in bowl with garlic, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and oregano.
Stir, mix well.
Let stand in marinade twelve hours before serving.
