Marinated Carrot Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrot | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Onion | 1 Medium | |
| White sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White vinegar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato soup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Mustard | 1 Tablespoon, prepared (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan cook carrots until crispy, 10 to 12 minutes.
2. Removing seeds from the pepper cut into strips.
3. Peel and slice onion and mix with remaining ingredients and vegetables together.
SERVING
4. Marinate overnight and serve at room temperature.
