 Carrot5 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green pepper1 To taste
 Onion1 Medium
 White sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 White vinegar3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato soup1 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad oil - 1/2 cup)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup)
 Mustard1 Tablespoon, prepared (Salad oil - 1/2 cup)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan cook carrots until crispy, 10 to 12 minutes.
2. Removing seeds from the pepper cut into strips.
3. Peel and slice onion and mix with remaining ingredients and vegetables together.

SERVING
4. Marinate overnight and serve at room temperature.
