 Trout6 Pound, cleaned
 Olive oil1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
 Ground black pepper1 To taste
 Italian1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Place trout in baking dish.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper in bowl.
Pour marinade over fish.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, basting occasionally.
Turn fish after 1 hour.
Pour off and reserve marinade.
Place trout in roasting pan.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 4 minutes per side or until flesh is opaque, basting every 2 minutes with the marinade.
Garnish with parsley.
