|Brook trout||6 Pound, cleaned (6 Whole, About 1 Pound Each)|

|Fresh thyme leaves||1 Tablespoon, dried|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Chopped italian flat leaf parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh)|

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper in bowl.
Pour marinade over fish.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, basting occasionally.
Turn fish after 1 hour.
Pour off and reserve marinade.
Place trout in roasting pan.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 4 minutes per side or until flesh is opaque, basting every 2 minutes with the marinade.
Garnish with parsley.
