Marinated Broiled Onions Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 large red onions, cut into 1/2" thick slices | ||
| Olive oil | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Place the onions on a broiler pan.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
Broil about 8 minutes or until soft and beginning to char.
Turn over and broil another 2 minutes.
Place in a glass bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Let stand 2-3 hours before serving.
