 Broccoli3 Bunch (100gm)
 Cider vinegar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dill weed1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Monosodium glutamate1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt1 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Discard the large broccoli leaves.
2) From the lower stalks, snap off the tough ends.
3) Wash the vegetable very well.
4) Now, from the stems, cut the broccoli into flowerets.
5) Store away the stems for use in other dish preparations.

MAKING
6) Combine the rest of the ingredients.
7) Mix the ingredients well and pour the mixture over the broccoli.
8) Cover and chill overnight or just for 8 hours.

SERVING
9) Before serving, drain the marinade.
