Marinated Broccoli Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 3 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dillweed | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon corn oil or saff lower oil | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
Directions
Slice broccoli into long pieces.
Into a large bowl place broccoli.
In a small bowl combine vinegar, dill, sugar, oil, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well.
Pour over broccoli.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Baste broccoli with marinade; drain.
Into a serving bowl place broccoli.
