Ingredients

 Broccoli3 Bunch (100gm)
 Cider vinegar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dillweed
 Granulated Sugar1 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon corn oil or saff lower oil
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped

Directions

Slice broccoli into long pieces.
Into a large bowl place broccoli.
In a small bowl combine vinegar, dill, sugar, oil, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well.
Pour over broccoli.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Baste broccoli with marinade; drain.
Into a serving bowl place broccoli.
