Marinated Beef Rolls Recipe

| 1 boneless round steak (about 2 pounds) | ||
| Dry red wine | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Basil leaf | 1 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ripe olives | 1 Can (10oz), pitted | |
Directions
1. Trim all fat from steak and place in a shallow glass dish. Combine wine, oil, garlic, basil, salt and pepper in a cup; pour over steak; cover.
2. Marinate steak in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Remove steak from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Reserve marinade.
3. Broil steak, 4 inches from heat, 5 minutes on each side for rare, 7 minutes for medium.
4. Return steak to marinade; cover. Refrigerate 2 hours, or until steak is cold (overnight is even better).
