Ingredients

 Dry onion soup mix1⁄2 Tablespoon (1/2 Envelope)
 Beef bouillon cube1
 Prepared horseradish1 Teaspoon
 Paprika1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Beef sirloin1 Pound
 Mushrooms12 Large
 Tomatoes2 Medium, cut in sixth

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients and 3/4 cup water; bring to boiling.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Cool.
Trim fat from meat; cut in 1-inch cubes.
Add meat and mushrooms to marinade; toss to coat
Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Drain; reserve marinade.
Thread skewers alternately with meat, mushrooms , and tomatoes.
Broil 3 inches from heat, 5 to 10 minutes; brush with reserved marinade.
Turn; broil 4 to 5 minutes longer.
Brush with marinade
