Marinated Beef Cubes Recipe
Ingredients
| Salad oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon coarsely ground or cracked pepper | ||
| 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce or steak sauce | ||
| 2 pounds lean beef round or chuck, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes | ||
Directions
In deep bowl, combine all ingredients except meat; mix well.
Add meat to the marinade and stir to coat.
Refrigerate overnight or let stand at room temperature 2 or 3 hours, turning meat occasionally.
