Marinated Asparagus Recipe
Ingredients
| Asparagus | 2 Bunch (100gm) | |
| 1/2 c. salad or olive oil | ||
| 4 tablesp. lemon juice | ||
| 2 tablesp. minced celery | ||
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| 1 teasp. minced chives or onion | ||
| Thyme sprig | 1 , dried | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Prepare and cook asparagus as in Time Table, drain and chill.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients and beat with a fork, or shake until well-blended.
Chill for at least 1/2 hr.
Remove bay leaf and thyme, and beat up again.
Pour over asparagus, which has been arranged on a serving dish with or without salad greens as a garnish.
