Marinated Asparagus Recipe
Ingredients
24 canned asparagus tips, drained
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1/2 cup white wine
2 tsp fennel, chopped
2 tsp tarragon, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions
In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, remove asparagus from marinade.
Place on a bed of finely shredded lettuce or cabbage, if desired.
Coat with marinade.
