Marinated Artichokes With Mint Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen artichoke hearts package | 2 , thawed | |
| Salad oil | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 teaspoon each dry mustard and sugar | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint or 1 1/2 tablespoons dry mint leaves | ||
Directions
Cook artichokes according to package directions; drain.
In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, and mint; blend well.
Pour over artichokes.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until next day.
