 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Oregano leaves1/4 Teaspoon, crushed (Salad oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Tarragon leaves1/4 Teaspoon, crushed (Salad oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Garlic salt1 Dash (Salad oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Artichoke hearts1 Can (10oz) (Salad oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Water2 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 2 tablespoons)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
2) Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
3) Drain well and sprinkle the chilled artichoke hearts with paprika, if desired.

SERVING
4) Serve the Marinated Artichokes on a platter with cocktail picks.
