Marinated Artichokes Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed (Salad oil - 2 tablespoons) | |
| Tarragon leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed (Salad oil - 2 tablespoons) | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Dash (Salad oil - 2 tablespoons) | |
| Artichoke hearts | 1 Can (10oz) (Salad oil - 2 tablespoons) | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 2 tablespoons) |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
2) Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
3) Drain well and sprinkle the chilled artichoke hearts with paprika, if desired.
SERVING
4) Serve the Marinated Artichokes on a platter with cocktail picks.
