Marinated Artichoke Hearts Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 9-ounce package frozen artichoke hearts or 1 16-ounce can artichoke hearts | ||
| 3 tablespoons olive or salad oil | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Italian salad dressing envelope | 1 | |
Directions
Cook frozen artichoke hearts according to package directions (or drain and halve canned artichokes).
Combine olive or salad oil, lemon juice, and salad dressing mix in screw-top jar; shake to mix.
Pour over artichokes.
Chill thoroughly, basting with marinade a few times.
Drain well before using.
