Ingredients

 1 9-ounce package frozen artichoke hearts or 1 16-ounce can artichoke hearts
 3 tablespoons olive or salad oil
 Lemon juice2 1/2 Tablespoon
 Italian salad dressing envelope1

Directions

Cook frozen artichoke hearts according to package directions (or drain and halve canned artichokes).
Combine olive or salad oil, lemon juice, and salad dressing mix in screw-top jar; shake to mix.
Pour over artichokes.
Chill thoroughly, basting with marinade a few times.
Drain well before using.
