Marinated Artichoke Hearts Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1 clove garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (16 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
Minced fresh parsley
Directions
Combine all ingredients except artichokes and parsley in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Split artichokes and add to mixture.
Bring mixture to boil; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add parsley.
Refrigerate artichokes overnight in a covered dish or jar
