Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan on medium heat, put olive oil. Add the onions and sauté for few minutes or till translucent.
2. Put garlic and continue to saute till fragrant. Season with oregano, basil and chili pepper and stir well to mix them.
3. Pour the tomatoes, mix them well. Cover with a lid, reduce heat and simmer for around 40 minutes or till the sauce thickens.
4. Add unsalted butter and stir till it melts and is incorporated well. Pour balsamic vinegar, mix well and turn off the heat.

SERVING
5. Use this marinara sauce to make pasta or lasagna or any other recipe of your choice.
