Marinara Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic cloves - 2 - 3, minced | ||
| Canned Tomatoes - 28 oz., broken up | ||
| Tomato Paste | 5 1/2 Ounce | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a frying pan heat olive oil.
2) Stir in onion and garlic.
3) Stir fry for 5 minutes until soft.
4) Mix tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, parsley flakes, basil, oregano and salt.
5) Combine together.
6) Boil the mixture.
7) Stir occasionally for about 15 minutes.
SERVING
8) Serve hot.
