Ingredients

 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Small white onions - 2, chopped
 Small carrots - 2, chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Ground black pepper1 To taste
 Italian plum tomatoes - 2 cans
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Margarine3 Tablespoon
 Dried hot red pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat oil.
2) Saute the onions, carrots, and garlic in hot oil, until onions are soft.
3) Add the black pepper and tomatoes and mix well.
4) Add salt, and cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
5) Strain the sauce using a sieve.
6) In a pan, melt margarine.
7) Add the strained sauce.
8) Cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

SERVING
9) Serve as required.
