Marinade For Steak Strips Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 c. oil
1 c. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 clove of garlic
3/4 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients in bowl; add steak strips.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Re- move steak strips from marinade before cooking.
