Marinade For Grilled Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Liquid smoke | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Italian dressing package | 3 | |
| Lemons | 2 , thinly sliced | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients in large shallow container; add chicken.
Marinate at room temper- ature for 4 hours or in refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours.
Use marinade as basting sauce when grilling chicken.
Remove lemon from any remaining marinade and refrigerate for future use.
