Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon salt | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process 30 seconds.
Add vinegar and lemon juice; process an additional 30 seconds.
Cover and refrigerate marinade until ready to use.
