Margie Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe
This is the best sweet potato casserole to make for any holiday. Try this recipe!
Ingredients
3 Cups sweet potatoes,cooked,mashed or 1(28oz) can Martindale yams,mashed
2 Eggs,beaten
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup milk
1/4 Cup margarine,melted
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
Topping
1 Cup brown sugar
1/3 Cup flour
2 Tablespoons margarine,melted
1 Cup chopped nuts
Directions
1.Combine ingredients and pour into a 9x13 casserole
2.Combine topping ingredients,place mixture over sweet potatoes.
3.Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
