Ingredients
Lime - 1/2, freshly squeezed
Summer Mix - as required, made from lemon juice and sugary water
Triple Sec - 1/2 oz
Sauza Plata - as required
Directions
GETTING READY.
1 Coat the rim of a serving glass with powdered sugar.
MAKING
2 In a mixing glass, squeeze fresh lime juice.
3 Add the sour mix to the mixing glass.
4 Pour in the triple sec.
5 Add in the tequila along with some ice.
6 Cover the glass and shake vigorously to blend the ingredients.
7 Strain in to the prepared serving glass.
SERVING
8 Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.
