Margarita Pork With Black Bean Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Tequila | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground red pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Juice concentrate | 1 Can (10oz), frozen | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic | ||
| 6 (4-ounce) lean boneless loin pork chops, trimmed | ||
| Cooking spray | ||

Directions
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add chops to bag, seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 8 to 24 hours.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Remove chops from bag, reserving marinade. Place chops on grill rack coated with cookingspray, cover and grill 6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer registers 160°, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
