Prepare fudge-type brownies according to package directions.
Spread 1 cup batter into each of 2 greased (8 or 9-inch) round baking dishes.
In small glass bowl, heat cream cheese and butter 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until softened; blend in remaining ingredients.
Evenly divide cheese mixture into baking dishes; spoon remaining brownie batter on top.
With knife, swirl gently to marble.
Place one dish in refrigerator.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
Heat dish 7 to 8 1/2 minutes; repeat procedure with remaining dish.
Let stand, covered, until cool.
Store, covered, until ready to serve.
