Marble Brownies Recipe
Marble Brownies is a unique and winning brownie that is perfect for your tea parties. Surprise your guests with this exquisite Marble Brownie. I am sure they will love it!
Ingredients
1 package (22 1/2 to 23 3/4 oz.) fudge brownie mix
Ingredients as brownie package directs for fudge-type brownies
2 packages (3 oz. ea.) cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Prepare fudge-type brownies according to package directions.
Spread 1 cup batter into each of 2 greased (8-inch) square dishes.
Combine cream cheese and butter in small glass bowl.
Cook at MEDIUM-LOW 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until softened; blend in remaining ingredients.
Evenly divide cheese mixture into baking dishes; spoon remaining brownie batter on top.
With knife, swirl gently to marble.
Shield each corner with triangle of foil; mold foil around dish.
Cook LOW 6 minutes and at MEDIUM-HIGH 5 to 7 minutes, or until set.
Repeat procedure with remaining dish.
Let stand, uncovered, until cool.
Store, covered, until ready to serve.
