|Canned pineapple chunks||13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)|

Cut sausages in thirds crosswise; brown in skillet.
At serving time blend cornstarch, salt, reserved syrup, maple-flavored syrup, water, and vinegar in blazer pan of chafing dish.
Heat to boiling over direct heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir a few minutes more.
Add drained pineapple, sausage, green pepper chunks, and cherries; heat through.
Keep warm over hot water (bain-marie).
Spear with cocktail picks.
