Ingredients

 Sugar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Maple syrup1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pecan meats- 2 cups

Directions

MAKING
1.In a boiler, boil the sugar, milk and maple syrup until the mixture reaches the soft-ball stage (238° F.).
2.Remove from the fire and cool.
3.When it is lukewarm, beat until it is smooth and creamy.
4.Add any kind of broken nut meats and drop on buttered paper from the tip of a spoon, making little mounds.
SERVING
5.Pour over chocolates
