Maple Pork Loin Recipe Video

Sauce Preparation:
 
maple syrup
 
ketchup
 
rosemary
 
thyme

brown sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (148 degrees C).
2. Place loin slices on a plate.
3. Sprinkle with olive oil, maple syrup, ketchup, salt, rosemary, thyme, savoury, cumin, garlic, onion, and dried chili peppers.
4. Rub it all in.
5. Wrap the slices in a foil.
6. Put in a baking pan.
7. place the pan in the oven and bake for 3 hours.
Make Sauce:
In a cup, combine maple syrup, ketchup, rosemary, thyme, savoury, pepper, salt, water, and brown sugar.
Mix them well.
8. Remove pork from the oven and unwrap the foil.
9. Skewer pork in a plate.
10. Baste in sauce.
11. Place skewered pork on a rack.
12. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C).
13. Place the rack in the oven and bake for half an hour.
14. Slice pork, serve.
