Maple Fruit Skewers Recipe
Ingredients
| Apricot | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 16 seedless red grapes | ||
| 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie maple syrup, divided | ||
Directions
Thread fruit alternately onto 8 wooden skewers.
Place on a jellyroll pan.
Brush with 1 tablespoon syrup.
Bake at 350° for 5 minutes; tum and baste with remaining syrup.
Bake an additional 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
