Maple Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
| Cored diced pears | 3 | |
| Maple syrup | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Navel orange | 2 , sectioned | |
| Fresh grated ginger root | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Seedless red grapes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried apricots | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Pineapple chunks | 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained (Packed With Juice) |
Directions
1. Toss together pears, oranges, grapes, apricots, pineapple chunks, maple syrup, gingerroot, and lemon juice.
2. Chill for 1 hour.
