 3 slightly beaten eggs
 1 cup pure maple syrup

 Pecans1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

Mix eggs, syrup, sugar, butter, flour, vanilla, and salt.
Beat smooth with rotary beater.
Stir in nuts.
Fill pastry shell.
Bake at 350° about 40 minutes.
