Maple Syrup Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Double cream | 250 Milliliter | |
| Vanilla | 125 Milliliter, prepared | |
| Natural yogurt | 250 Gram | |
| Maple syrup | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dark rum | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Slivered almonds | 3 Tablespoon, toasted |
Directions
Beat cream until soft peaks form.
Fold custard, yogurt, maple syrup and rum into cream.
Spoon into individual serving dishes, decorate with almonds, cover and refrigerate.
