Maple Raisin Pudding Recipe

1/2 cup raisins
 
2 cup water
 
1/4 tsp maple flavoring
 
1 pkg. vanilla-flavored sugar-free instant pudding mix
 
4 tsp prepared nondairy whipped topping

Directions

Combine raisins and water in a nonstick saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
Stir in maple flavoring.
Drain raisin water into a bowl.
Add pudding mix, stirring as directed on package.
Spoon into dessert dishes or wine glasses in three layers: raisins, maple pudding, and a dab of dairy topping.
