Maple Raisin Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| 1 teaspoon maple flavoring | ||
| All purpose flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 3 cups quick-cooking oats | ||
| Raisins | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat in maple flavoring.
Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
Stir in oats and raisins.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 in apart onto un-greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
