Maple-Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth | ||
| Maple syrup | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon bourbon or apple juice | ||
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer about 20 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 2/3 cup.
Stir in bourbon.
