Maple Mustard Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Maple syrup | 2 Tablespoon, divided | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 teaspoons whole-grain mustard | ||
| 2 center-cut pork loin chops (6 ounces each) | ||
| Nonstick cooking spray | ||
| Water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine maple syrup, olive oil and mustard in small bowl.
Brush syrup mixture over both sides of pork chops.
Spray medium ovenproof skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.
Add chops; brown on both sides.
Add water, cover and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until barely pink in center.
