Maple Ice Cream Tart Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 qt. reduced-calorie vanilla ice cream | ||
| Chopped pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
| 2 tsp caramel flavoring | ||
| 2/3 cup sugar-free maple syrup | ||
Directions
Soften the ice cream just enough to stir.
Stir in toasted pecans and caramel flavoring.
Pack into a 9 in. (23 cm) removable-bottomed tart pan, lined with plastic wrap.
Refreeze until firm.
