Maple Graham Crisps Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1 teaspoon maple flavoring | ||
| 1 1/4 cups fine graham cracker crumbs | ||
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In large bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until creamy; then beat in egg and maple flavoring.
Gradually add graham cracker crumbs and flour, blending thoroughly.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm (at least 1 hour).
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
Bake in a 325° oven for 16 to 18 minutes or until firm when lightly touched.
Let cool on baking sheets for 1 to 2 minutes, then transfer to racks and let cool completely.
Store airtight.
