Maple Glazed Smoked Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup maple syrup 75 ml
1 Tb Dijon mustard 15 ml
2 tsp drained horseradish 10 ml
8 3/4 in thick smoked pork chops 8
1 Tb vegetable iol 15 ml
Directions
In small bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard and horseradish; set aside.
Lightly brush chops on both sides with oil.
Place chops on oiled barbecue grill; grill over medium high heat 8 minutes, turning once and basting often with maple mixture.
