Maple Glazed Pork With Apples Recipe
|Maple syrup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Spicy brown mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Fine dry breadcrumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pork cutlets||16 Ounce (4 Pieces, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened apple cider||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Golden delicious apples||2 Medium, each cored and cut into 16 wedges|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|

Place breadcrumbs in a large zip-top plastic bag.
Add pork; seal bag, and shake to coat pork with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add pork, and cook 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Add cider and apple wedges; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until pork is done.
Add maple syrup mixture, and cook 5 minutes or until thick and syrupy.
Sprinkle with parsley.
