Maple Glazed Lima Beans Recipe

 Lima beans package1 , frozen
 Hot water2 Tablespoon
 Maple syrup1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Firmly packed brown sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Catsup1 Tablespoon
 Prepared mustard1 Teaspoon
 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, cut in bits

Directions

Place frozen beans in 1 quart casserole.
Add 2 tablespoons hot water.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES on HIGH.
Stirring with fork after 2 minutes.
Drain beans.
Add maple syrup, sugar, catsup and mustard.
Mix well.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on HIGH.
Stir.
Dot with butter.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 2 to 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until beans are tender-crisp.
Let stand 3 to 5 minutes, covered.
