Maple Gelatin Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup maple syrup, heatea | ||
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Add gelatin to cold water, soften it and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
2. Mix with hot maple syrup and stir to dissolve completely.
3. Chill to the consistency of egg whites, unbeaten. Fold cream into the mixture and allow to chill for about 2 hours.
SERVING
4. Serve chilled.
