Maple Custard Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
3 eggs
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
Maple Whipped Cream optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake pastry shell 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat eggs; add remaining ingredients except Maple Whipped Cream.
Pour into partially baked pastry shell; reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted'near edge comes out clean.
Cool.
Serve warm or chilled with Maple Whipped Cream, if desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
