Maple Chicken Breasts with Beer Recipe
Ingredients
| Beer | 12 Ounce | |
| Maple syrup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tamari sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken breasts | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Bread slice | 2 , crumbled |
Directions
In a pan, heat the beer, maple syrup, tamari sauce, ginger and coriander.
Reduce by half, pour into a large bowl and let cool.
Add the chicken breasts and let marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken over high heat for 1 minute on each side.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, while basting with the marinade.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs near the end of the cooking time.
