Maple Baked Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup 1 CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER Spread | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Ketchup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or pancake syrup | ||
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2-1/2 to 3 pounds baby back ribs or spareribs | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In small saucepan, melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spread over medium heat and cook garlic, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in ketchup, syrup, brown sugar, vinegar and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 2 minutes.
In bottom of broiler pan, without rack, arrange ribs. Pour maple sauce over ribs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until meat juices run clear, basting once with-sauce. With knife, slice between ribs and toss with sauce in bottom of pan.
