Many Way Chowder Recipe
This many way chowder is cooked with chicken and green beans along with sliced celery. Prepared with milk and either mushroom or potato soup, the many way chowder is filling and simple to prepare.
Ingredients
1/4 cup sliced celery
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 Tbsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom or potato soup
1/2 soup can milk
1/2 soup can water
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup cooked green beans
Directions
In heavy saucepan, melt butter.
Add celery and onion.
Cook until tender.
Stir in soup.
Gradually blend in milk and water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Continue cooking until heated through, stirring often.
